Terms of Engagement

ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE
By accessing Corvus systems, you acknowledge that you are entering a restricted digital environment. Use of these systems implies full acceptance of these Terms of Engagement.

ARTICLE 2: SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Corvus system or network. Any unauthorized attempt to access secure enclaves (Corvus Secure) will be met with immediate termination of access and legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

ARTICLE 3: LIABILITY
Corvus provides mission-critical infrastructure. While we engineer for 99.999% availability, we assume no liability for catastrophic failures caused by force majeure, state-level cyber warfare, or kinetic events.

ARTICLE 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All algorithms, models, and architectures deployed by Corvus are the exclusive property of Corvus Technologies, Inc. Reverse engineering of compiled binaries or model weights is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 5: JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, effective Jan 01, 2026.
