Defense agencies needed a simulation platform capable of modeling large-scale aerial engagements with physics accuracy approaching wind tunnel testing. We built a distributed simulation engine using custom physics solvers and GPU-accelerated aerodynamics. The system runs 10,000 concurrent aircraft with 6DOF flight models at 120Hz update rates. Now deployed by three NATO member air forces for training and doctrine development.
