Designed and deployed a fleet of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for warehouse order fulfillment. The system includes custom SLAM algorithms for dynamic environment mapping, multi-robot coordination to prevent deadlocks, and integration with existing warehouse management systems. Operating 24/7 in 12 distribution centers, the fleet increased order fulfillment speed by 340% while reducing picking errors to near-zero.
